Jewelry Brand Gift Box：

In the luxury industry, packaging is not only a protective shell, but also the core of brand premium and unboxing experience. For this project, we customized a limited edition magnetic flap gift box for an international jewelry brand to convey nobility, elegance and eternity.

The outer layer of the gift box uses high-weight special art paper with a delicate fabric texture. The front logo adopts Foil Stamping + Embossing dual processes, showing a dazzling three-dimensional metallic luster under the light, with strong visual impact.

Challenges & Solutions

Challenge: The client required a strong 'magnetic snap' feeling when opening and closing, and the lining needed to perfectly fit jewelry of different shapes (such as necklaces, rings, bracelets) while avoiding any shaking during transportation.

Solution: After 3 rounds of prototyping, our structural engineers finally selected high-strength invisible magnets embedded in the grey board, ensuring a silky feel and a crisp 'click' sound. For the lining, we abandoned cheap sponge and used high-density molded EVA, covered with premium velvet flocking, ensuring strong shockproof performance and gentle care for the jewelry.
